I had a great experience at Pro Power Equipment! I purchased a Honda push mower at a Lawn & Garden store on a huge sale plus military discount. I got it home, added the provide oil and poured in some gas, only to find out it wouldn't start. I checked the spark plug, no change. I went out and bought a new spark plug, just to be sure. It still wouldn't start. I looked on Honda's website for Authorized Service Providers and found Pro Power Equipment was the closest. I called the morning, and spoke with Jeremy explaining the new purchase, adding the oil and gas, and that it would start. I shared the steps I followed to troubleshoot. Jeremy and the staff at Pro Power Equipment were great! He told me to bring it in and they would take a look and let me know if I should return it the store. They got it to start, but it wouldn't keep running. They took my information, created a work order and told me they would let me know when it was done. Completely unexpected, a few hours later, I got a text saying my repair was complete! I went in, Jeremy brought the mower to me, started it on the first pull to ensure I was satisfied. I can't thank Pro Power Equipment enough, but I can say they have a new customer when I need my mower or other lawn equipment serviced! Thank you, again!

I used Yelp to get a quote for my edger trimmer or weed eater. A guy named Glen contacted me via Yelp. I heard back from him and he told me Yelp was new. Long story short, the two guys that I spoke to said they normally don’t fix weed eaters but they tried. That was very nice of them to go beyond the call of duty. I have been here before and the guys are always nice. They have someone there that speaks both Spanish/English too.

I received a rider from a big box store. This was my first one. It would not move after starting. I called a bunch of places before Pro Power Equipment to follow up on a warranty service. No one really could/would help. Glenn took a few minutes to help me locate the hydrolic pin which was the cause of the issue. Mower runs just fine. He was very kind to help me out over the phone. First time shopping here after my husband found this business online. We went in thinking we wanted a Cub Cadet mower. After only a minute or two of looking over the mowers ourselves, a salesman named Tommy came out to talk with us. He was extremely helpful and so knowledgeable. It seemed like he cared more about us having all of the valuable information than he did just making a sale- which we appreciate! He directed us towards the Honda mowers and explained all of those thoroughly while also explaining the differences in price and functionality of the Cub Cadets. Once he had gone over it all with us and asked us a few questions about what we would be needing, he recommended a few for us and then left us to discuss. We ended up going with the Honda 216 (forgive me if that’s not what it is actually called, I just remember the brand and the numbers on the motor lol). Rear wheel drive, gas, pull start, self propelled. I’ve already mowed our backyard once with it and I love it! So all that to say, definitely will be doing business with this place again in the future when needed and we very much appreciate the assistance from Tommy.
